Product Spotlight: Notecards

I absolutely love my art prints and posters, but after several months of only offering these larger format items, I wanted to add something else on a smaller scale. When we travel, we usually grab several postcards. Some for ourselves as a little memento of our trip, and some to send out to loved ones, so I knew I wanted to add Postcards to my inventory. But I wanted something else as well. I didn’t feel like my art would look very good as a greeting card, though. At least not the folded kind.

After searching for a while

and brainstorming on my options, I found these amazing 4-ply thick notecards. It’s comprised of two layers of Mohawk Superfine paper on the outside, as well as two layers of seam paper sandwiched in between. The cards feel so luxurious and once I had a sample in hand, I knew I found my answer.

These cards were a brilliant way

to offer smaller sized art prints that were easily giftable (and much more affordable than a 5x7 art print). They look great as a little pop of color on an office desk or bookcase. And since they also come with an envelope, they’re ready to send. Simply write your note on the back and pop them in the mail. (I do recommend placing them in a mailer first, though. These little prints are too cute to be ruined by a rainy mail day.)

The only note I will say is they measure 4.13” x 5.83”

so not your typical 4 x 6 print size. If you would like to frame your notecard, I recommend a shadow box or a double glass floating frame where you can easily place the card in the center and the measurements on the sides don’t need to be specific. Floating frames also help to elevate any artwork the same way a mat does, so these kinds of frames are a great way to show off your fantastic taste and still be able to read the note on the back. And remember those 4 layers of premium paper? They help ensure your message won't bleed through. I hope you love these new notecards as much as I do!
