Total process time typically ranges from 3-4 weeks, with the potential for longer depending on your feedback. Here's the breakdown:

• After you place your order, I will send you the lookbook and your personalized selections sheet within 1 business day.
• Once I have received your completed selections sheet, I will confirm your order & ask any questions within 1-2 business days.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks after this for the creation of your artwork. I put thought and care into each piece of art and this process takes time.
• I will then send you a proof of your artwork. If you would like to make any changes, please let me know. If I do not hear back from you within 3 business days of sending the proof, I will consider the proof approved and send your order to production for printing. This 3 day time frame applies to any round of approval (1st, 2nd, or additional).
• Printing process time is typically 1-4 business days.
• Shipping time is typically 2-7 business days.
• Timely responses to selections and mock-up approval notes will assist with getting your artwork printed & shipped to you as soon as possible.

No problem! You can always leave the option on your form blank for artist's discretion.

The color schemes I offer have all been print tested and I love how they look, however I have had customers request special color schemes, and this is absolutely an option. Please note, though, that any color scheme that is not included in this list will be new to both you and I and, therefore, I cannot guarantee how the final print will look.

Yes, you can! Please let me know how many additional copies you would like to purchase and I will determine the additional cost per print. Based on your request, I will create a private listing for your additional copies. This private listing will need to be purchased before your artwork is sent to the printer.

This item includes 2 rounds of revisions for any changes you would like to make. Additional changes beyond the 2 rounds will be assessed by the estimated time to complete the required changes at an hourly rate of $60/hour.

For example: If I estimate the time for your additional changes will take 20 minutes, those changes will require an additional fee of $20.

A private listing will be created for your additional changes. This listing will need to be purchased before the final artwork goes to the printer.

All custom art prints are created for personal use only. By purchasing, you agree to not copy, alter, or distribute the custom art in any form.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me about cancellation prior to returning your selections sheet and I will issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel after submitting your selections sheet and I have already begun working on your artwork, a refund will not be issued.
